Has anyone ever heard of repairing a hugh paraesophaegal hiatal hernia thru the belly button and an 3 inch incision below the rib cage?

Hi,
surgeons are able to repair paraesophageal hernias via laparscopy,  I am unsure of what the limitations are as far as the size of the hernia to be repaired, and that would also be surgeon dependent.
