Paxil Poopout after 7 Years?

Doctor - I've been on 30 mg of Paxil (now the geric equivalent) for about seven years or so, and for the last two weeks, I've had the types of symptoms I had before I started. Fatigue, anxiousness, tingling sensation, feeling fuzzy, and a bad stomach. Does this sound like Paxil poop-out. I should add that around this time (late spring / early summer) I seem to have a 'dip' in terms of my meds effectivness. I'm going to see a psychiatrist soon to review my meds. Any thoughts you can provide would be most helpfull. Thanks!
