Pectus Excavatum

I am 32 and have pectus excavatum.  I am having increasing symptoms such as pain around the area below the defect and more difficulty breathing with exercise.  I have really been evaluated since I was very young.  I am trying to find a doctor in my area who is knowledgeable in this area.  I have a 2 year old daughter and she looks okay but would this be noticeable this young.
