Right Chest Pain

I am a 33 years old asian male. I was having high blood pressures recently and my doctor prescribed me a medicine to control high blood pressure which is Inderal. I observed lower blood pressure and heart rate however, the discomfort on my left chest is still there. There have been many times also that a somewhat like sharp or shooting pain just crosses my chest going to the right. I am really puzzled about it especially when my right chest feels like heavier than the left.
I also experienced for 4 times now night sweating and all happened when I was asleep. I just woke up and notice that I was already wet with the sweats. Can you please enlighten me what's happening with me? I'll greatly appreciate it.
