Severe nerve pulse sensation with pain in the jaw

by stutitsehgal, Dec 20, 2007 09:31AM
Hello

I have been experiencing a severe pain in my left jaw along with contraction and expansion of the nerve below my left eye.
I was down with cold-cough and slight fever and thought this pain was related but it seems like this is some kind of a sprain in the face.
The pain in the jaw seems internal because when I press different parts in my face, it does not cause any pain. However, jaw movements like yawning, eating or stretching result in pain.
The nerve just below my right eye is also contracting (I don't know if this is the right word) but essentially I can sense the pulse.

Please help!!!
