Small Arm lumps

I have these very small, palpable lumps in my upper arms...both arms.
I do not have an infectious disease. However, I do have Lupus and rheumotoid arthritis.
My upper arms and shoulders are quite painful to the touch and ache.
This condition keeps me from sleeping well...it is almost like R.L.S. in my arms!
I am super uncomfortable.
What do you think might be causing this?
Note: I have had some lower abdominal pain.
However, ultrasounds have not shown problems with liver, pancreas or uterus other than fibroid tumors.
Please help...
