It goes without saying that malformed sperm would have a lower chance of fertilization. Studies have shown that there is a correlation between fertilzation rate and proportion of malformed sperm. One small study gives a fertilization rate of 6% in those with high proportion of malformed sperm, vs 60% in those with a
normalNormal saline flush proportion of malformed sperm.
I am not aware of the heart or using a seat warmer affecting the morphology of the sperm.
