Swelling, itching, and discharge

Hi uhm for about 3 years I've had what we think is a yeast infection, but than we've thought it would have been Vaginosis. Which after i took a Vagisil screening test it said that i had Vaginosis. But about 2 days ago i woke up with mild itching on the outside of my Vagina. I have had this yellow like and sometimes clear discharge. I am sexually active. And i don't know if it could be an std. I just really need some answers.
