Swollen neck gland

Hi,
I'm 26 year old female. For the past couple of days now, I've noticed that one of my gland on one side of my neck is swollen and its hurts, especially when I move my neck or yawn. I just recently returned from Vegas, where I did not recieve alot of rest & I'm still alittle jetlegged. I wasn't sure if this could be a reason for it to be swollen from a lack of sleep. I do not feel sick. Also, I wasn't sure if this was a sign that I'm about to get the flu/cold, which I just recieved the flu shot today. I was on antibotics 2 weeks ago for a UTI, but I haven't had anymore problems with that either since the antibotics.

Thanks for any feedback!:)
