THYROID LEVEL

Hi, I am 27 year old female, have been taking phentermine for about a year ( I know) it doesn't work anymore, I had my blood work done for thyroid panel, I don't understand if my results are hypo-or hyper- and I am not to sure if doctor knows!!! I am scheduled to see an endo, but I am really confused, please if anyone could just clarify even a part of it, I would be a little more clear. Thank you!
Levels:
TSH- 1.830 (normal ref range)
T4- 16.2 (high)
T3 uptake- 19.0 (low)
Free T4- 3.1 (normal ref ran)
T3 Total- 191 (normal ref ran)
