Take away the (right side) pain

by tsj, Mar 26, 2008 10:43AM
I experienced a lower pain pain last night when watching TV and thought that I was just sitting incorrectly. Unfortunately, the pain increased and lasted through the entire night; so much so that I could not sleep on my right side. I awoke to the same pain; It is a consistent pain (of a nagging cramp) that runs on my right side from under my rib cage down my waste and to my mid back... help! I am 44 years old (mother of 3)  not on my period nor ovulating and in good health condiditon (but a out of shape).
