The Pain is aweful

Okay so I have noticed a few similar problems. I am 24, female, pregnant with my third child.
Staring with baby one I start to develope the aweful upper rightsided pain I had severe hyper emesis high blood pressure and kidney stones so we just figured that was the problem. Afterwards I had a colonoscopy due to troublesome constipation everything was normal.
then 2 years later pregnant again the pain started immediatly  severe hyper emesis losing a rapid ammount of weight I was given a picc line and tpn throughout my pregnancy, When the pain started they came to the conclusion the I had a sludgy gallbladder and that must be the cause for the pain. I can pinpoint the pain in the front and the back of my right side. After giving birth we assumed the pain would go away it never did. The pain is constant and aweful, I have been to several differant doctors xrays, hydascans, ultrasounds. I am at my wits end.  They did find a bowel obstruction once in an xray but after a laxative the pain didn't go away or get relieved at all.
Now pregnant with my third child the pain slacked up a little until about 20 weeks I am on zofran, phenerghan, zantac 150, and a good healthy dose of pain meds because due to the pain I am now having blood pressure issues. It is not gas or heartburn, my gallbladder looks good ultrasound wise, They finally did an ultrasound over the area of pain and noticed it was over my pancreas? BUT my blood work looks good? the pain is so bad now all I can do is lay there and take pain meds. I know that I am doing all I can I am worried about nerve damage? is that possible? I am totally stuck I feel like I am not being taking seriously? What else can I do? Please help the pain is located directly in the center of my pancreas liver gallbladder and dou whatever it's like this blank space that is causing all this pain. UGH

if you have sludge in gallbladder, oftentimes clearing the sludge via ERCP & sphincterotomy can help.  many times, there are stones hiding in there.

zantac can be increased to 300mg once a day

How did the HIDA scan look, that's better than the ultrasound or CT.

nerve damage?  dunno how that would cause your pain

if you feel like you're not being taken seriously, get a second opinion from a university based gastroenterologist.

Thank you for replying. My hidascan was normal but when they did it the pain had gone away. We just increased my zantac but I can tell the differance between heartburn, indegestion, and constipation or gas. I have had all of the above and none of them hurt anywhere near the pain I have in my side. It started when I was pregnant the first time and was on and off untill about 4 weeks ago. What is so bad about it is my blood pressure is not going any lower now then 150/90 that is staying the norm except when I am taking pain meds. The Pain is somewhat relieved when My husband digs his knuckles into the part of my back that hurts I can point to the pain in my front and my back. It's sad how I can tell them how badly it hurts have proof that it hurts and I can show them just where it is and on ultrasound there is NOTHING THERE..... They did say my pancreas had a prominent opening... Maybe inflamed or something. But my tests for that were normal too. I am suppose to see a surgeon but they are going to say it is muscular because there is no reason for them to think other wise... It's like I am going in crcles all the time.

    The only thing I am not sure about would a hernia be seen on a ultrasound? My mom and dad both had them. My mother has lazy belle syndrome??? but I have had a colonoscopy done and other then a few minor things it was fine. it's almost as if there is something in the middle of my gallbladder, pancreas, and duodeum that is causing it. I don't know..... Just let me know if you find anything on it... maybe something I can read about also have you heard of using accupuncture for pain control.. I am tired of pain meds and thought about trying that route?

HIDA is more accurate when you're having pain, to my recollection

Blood pressure normally elevates in the presence of pain

Distracting yourself from the pain by having your husband press there is a good coping mechanism. Some people walk on pebbles to cause pain to their feet and distract themselves.

Ultrasound is notoriously inaccurate.

A hernia can be seen on CT or ultrasound.

Lazy belle syndrome?  what's that?

My father, an allergist, found that acupunture helped many of his patients for pain control, he went to China to train in this.

The wonderful thing is that my np at the dr. office is wonderful. She is understanding and trying to help. They did a cortisone inj in the front almost right on the pain... once the sumbing meds wore off it came back. My bp is extremly high so they are getting worried. Lazy belle... or bowels only come when they want too... it could be every 5 days... HAHA interesting name yes I know.

   I want to get something done that will view my back as well? is there any test that will show any muscular or nerve damage. We are pretty much sure it is not anything that has to do with my organs.

  However a massage theripist I went to said that she noticed my organs in that area were exceptionally HARD?? does that sound odd or common in somebody that is having pain constently?

  Yes monday I am heading to find out about a massage and accupuncture. UGH wish me luck.
