Tingling in legs and feet

by Susan826, Oct 09, 2008 08:58PM
I started going to a Chiropractor about 2 months ago.  I went for pain in the back of my shoulder and lower back.  I am a Dental Hygienist so these are areas that can get painful from my profession.  I run.  After my first adjustment, the next time I ran, while I was running my legs and feet got very tingly and when I stopped they were so tingly that they almost felt numb.  Every time I exercise now my legs and feet get tingly during the run and after.  It used to go away a few hours after I ran, but now my feet and mostly my big toes are staying tingly/numb.  In my right leg the tingling goes down the front of my leg over my kneecap.  I think my situation is getting worse.  Any input about this would be greatly appreciated.
