Weird Symptoms

For over a week now I have been feeling dizzy, my fingers, lips, and nose have been tingling, and I've had heart palpitations. My EKG was normal, I'm not diabetic or pregnant, I don't have anxiety attacks or hyperventilate, I stay well hydrated, and I don't have any sore throat or other cold/flu symptoms. My inner ears are fine. I've been lacking energy and gaining weight in the last few months. What is up with this?
