What should I do?`

My son has been sick with strep throat for about 2 and a half weeks now. He has been put on three different medicines that just don't seem to be working. I started off with a high fever and achy body. When i brought him to the doctors they said he had strep. He got better for about 2 days and then the school called me again telling me he keeps coming to the office with fevers. Like i said this is the third antibiodic he has been on and he can't break the fever and he has been on the most recent medicine for three days now. What do I do?
