abnormal lab results, such as MCV level

by Emory, Jul 23, 2008 04:20PM
I just received my lab results today.  I had very similar MCV/MCH results last year as well.  What can this mean?  I don't think I have anemia, thalassemia, or liver disease...or do I?  Can someone direct me in any direction?  Thanks.

RBC 3.76 (low)
MCV 105 (high)
MCH 35.3 (high)
neutrophils 77 (high)

My doctor also conducted the following tests to help rule out possibilities and they all returned normal.
TSH 0.642
Folate (Folic Acid), Serum >20.0
Vitamin B12 476
