bleeding during intercourse with pain

for the last couple of weeks every time me and my boyfriend have sex i start bleeding during intercourse there is also some pain associated with the sex when he goes deep inside me. i already know that i have a cist on my ovary and am wondering if this could have something to do with the pain and bleeding. i also had chlamydia in the past with my current boyfriend but we were treated and got ride of it and were checked afterward and told we tested negative. i would just like any ideas on what the problem could be it is causing problems with my relationship and making sex a dreaded experience.
