blood spots under skin

I have got blood spots on my arms and my legs .
The spots are very tiny like pinhead size.
Sometimes the blood accumulate from to be big spots but sometimes not.
I am medical technologist but I did not check my blood test yet .
Last night I had blood nose as well but it just a little bit maybe it comes from when I pick my nose .
Some people say this is not serious but I had this for a month and still have it now.
I also have contraceptive pill for birth control.
Please answer me .
