bulge vertbrae c5c6 disk chronic pain

I had this pain for 13 mths, and still bothers me all day. My doctor says it is a cervical strain. I had a MRI done last sept. 08. I have asked for another MRI . My question is, will this condition be known has a permanent injury? My job is a highrise forklift operator, food industry. At the end of dec. 08 i was cut off from WSIB. My doctor now says this is chronic pain. Thank - you for your insight!

An MRI discovered many bulging disc's in me, so, I am now undergoing Disc Decompression and chiropractic adjustments, I just started the decompression. So far, I am feeling better pain wise. If your doctor knows about Disc Decompression, I would sure recommend it, if he doesn't I would check around with some chiros, I tell you from experience, they have helped a lot.
