I have put the question under arthritis but really don't know how to classify this problem. My feet are excruciatingly painfulPainful menstrual periods on the soles - and don't know where to start . I was initially linking it to sciatica but now doubt that.
Help!
There is a lot of information out there, google Metatarsalgia.... also Diabetes is a factorFactor ix complex in some cases, good luck seems a lot of folks have it...
Well, I can almost for certain rule out you have Sciatica. That pain is distinctive; it would be extending up the leg into the buttocks region. I would recommend making an appointment with a Podiatrist; specialty for feet. He or she can examine you and make the proper recommendations. I would also make a diary about the pain; what time of day you are having it, what shoes you were wearing, if you were barefooted, etc.
Good luck.
