chronic pharungitis

chronic pharyngitis ,mucosa of pharynx is so irritated for last 25 yrs that almost any food item ,strong element causes strong infection, some times in minutes. can not eat  sore, cold, spicy, sweet things, it is all stunning bland diet . can not speak for more than 5/6 minutes consistently or sing a song. have forgotaan to eat any fruit or fruit juice whihc leads to very painful throat and leading to sinusitis, pharyngitis, then to laryngitis thn bronchitis, have eveloped asthama fro last many yrs ,no treatment except antibiotics help , takes one or two cuurse every month. always on bronchodilators.had lot of treatment from GP's, ENT, Alternative medicines in india, Homeopathy , nothing helps. totally frustrated, also had  treat for gastric reflux, lot of anti allergics, antibiotics, cautry of throat by AgNO3,
can anybody help, i am myself a qualified doctor, ophthalmologist , but totally frustrated with this for more than 25 yrs, my all youth has gone in to worring about it & suffering too. plesase help
