cyst in head??

I am a black male in my late 20's. Over the past year I have experienced a sever back problem whihc is un diagnosible, but since this problem a new problem has a risen. I have been getting sore cyst type things on my head, whihc will burst spontaneously and are very tender and sore to touch, some are large rthen others but they are close together, one has swallon up to the size of a golf ball. where they are have resuted in hair loss. I have been told by my doctor they are cysts and have been perscribed the same antibiotics twice. they have not helped at all. They can be very painful and stop me from sleeping. they do not have heads on them and never do. they produce a puss/blood/water sunbstance. what are they???
