digestive problem

im having growling stomach and lot of gas in my colon sounding after eating. my tongue started to become white but if i brush it , the white coat disapear but not for long, it comes white again by the end of the day. i feel tired in my legs and feel something picking me in my body. what this might be? what to do? need help, thanks.
