dizziness

I am a 39 year old male. Starting yesterday I have been experiencing dizziness and a loose of balance. I normally I in good health. I did have a severe blood clot in the major vain in my right leg about three years ago and was taking comidin for about 2 years. I have never experienced dizziness like this before, it is like I just gave blood or stood up way to fast. I just wanted to know if I should be concerned or if it is probably nothing.

It could be a sinus problem or stress from my experience.
