enlarged spleen

i have a moderatly enlarged spleen, it measures 15cm, i need to know if there is a treatment for this. i do have myelodysplasia, and have had a bone marrow aspiration 4 times in the past 2 years. I am a nurse and do have some medical knowledge.
My last MRI showed the spleen was 13.4 cm that was 2 years ago. I need to fly to be with my sister in alaska for her surgery.
will it me a danger to me to fly. I do know that the pressure in an aircraft cabin is around 8000 ft.
