fever blisters

I have reoccuring fever blisters on my chin.This is the worst I have ever had.It takes up my whole chin.I have been taking zovirax 400mg for four days now and everything seems to be getting worse.My glands under my chin and all through my neck just keep getting bigger and more painful.My question is should I seek medical attention or wait this out until my meds are gone?I take this medicine 3 times per day.

If it were me, I would seek medical attention. You might be having a reaction to the meds you are taking and the doctor needs to know this.
