fifth disease again?

2 years ago all my kids got fifth disease. Now they have it again. It's the same as before red face light lace rash on body. Everything I have read says you get 100% immunity after first outbreak. So do doctors not really understand this illness or has it mutated. I don't know how 4 kids could all have it twice. Anyone else been through more than one fifth disease?
