flank pain

I found out 4 years ago that I had Primary Biliary Cirrhosis and was put on URSO. I also just had 2 stents, one in my r leg, the other in my neck, Feb 08. I have had burning pain in my L flank area but now has moved to the R area. It has gotten worse and they is allot of pressure. Almost feels like there is a fist pushing to get out. Worse sometimes after I eat. I am on protonix for GERD. Could this be a kidney issue or could this be part of the cirrhosis issue? My PCP has not really ran any exams on me, just sort of ignore it. My gastro does not seem concerned either. Don't know where to go from here.
Any suggestions would be helpfu.
