flank pain

I spent many hours in the emergency room and they found nothing. CT scans, Xrays, EKG, Blood work. Nothing. I am having severe pain in my lowere back ( Flank area, left side) and severe cramping ( Major contractions happening) in my stomach. It is unbearable ( I have had 2 children, this is just a bad) Can anyone offer any suggestions?
