headache and vomiting

I have recently been having what i assume are migraine headaches because they cause sensitivity to sound and motion. I am also somewhat sensitive to light. The worst part of this headache is the nausea and vomiting it causes. It has been going on for nearly a month, with headaches nearly everyday--some of which make me unable to attend work at least once a week. I am can't keep any type of food down and am not pregnant. I am really tired of being in so much pain on a daily basis and I'm sure my boyfriend is tired of me complaining and being so irritable. HELP!! what could be causing these types of recurrent migraines on a daily basis?
