ingestion of nail varnish remover

In the middle of the night I accidentally picked up a bottle of nail varnish remover instead of water. I was half asleep so i'm not sure how much I swallow, but have been feeling nauseus, headachey and my throat and mouth have been dry or sore. What could/should I do?
