Appears to me that it could be the start of an yeast infection. Do you have any abnormal discharge and is it sort of like cottage cheese? Yeast infections can the pits to get rid of. Not to be personal, but, does your boy-friend have "herpes"? I ask because they can start like this also. I know these are very personal questions, but, the more we know, the better we will be at giving ideas and suggestions.
