lightheaded postpartem

Hi there! I'm in really rough shape and feeling frustrated!I recently gave birth to a beautiful son 9 weeks ago..but suffered a really bad post partem hemmorage, and my hemoglobin dropped to 45 which i had 4 units of blood replaced, and a month ago my hemoglobin was back to normal,and has been a steady 135 and all blood tests look great! However once my hemoglobin was back to normal I started experiencing really bad lightheadedness/ unsteadyness its been 5 weeks straight of this everyday. Ive had a Ct scan, ekg, and have had my thyroid and blood sugar checked along with electrolytes and liver function and also mono, noone seems to know whats causing it. Ive been to the Emerg twice now with really bad dizzyness, and my doctor is saying to wait it out, it will either get worse and i'll develop more symptoms so we can pinpoint the cause or it will get better and go away...Im going to ask for an ENT doctor and to also check my hormone levels, Ive yet another apt on Dec 30th. Im so lost, I just want to enjoy my babies...I also have a 13 month old, And i find with this lightheadedness that i can barely get thru the day.Im not stressed or extremely tired Im getting 7-8 hrs of sleep, despite 2 young babies im in bed by 7-8pm although i get up 2-3 times a night for feedings but can easily go back to sleep.I havent been skipping meals and i drink plenty of fluids. If anyone has experienced this post partem...feel free to share!Id like to rule out everything before i dismiss it as ive just been thru alot in the past 2 months...and why am i feeling worse now than i did with a hemo of 45??
