Difficult to say without examination.
If the
lumpLumps in the breasts is superficial, it can be a
lipomaLipoma - arm or
fattyXanthoma tissue deposit.
If the lip is deeper, it is possible it can cause some nerve compression leading to some of the symptoms you have.
I would have this evaluated by a physician. The back pain and neurologic symptoms can be evaluated with a back MRI.
The lump can be further imaged with a CT scan.
You can consider an evaluation by a neurologist to look at your symptoms further.
