Hi Mat, my name is Nikki I am 33 yrs of age I too suffer from sebaceous cysts and I can highly reccomending a cream called fucidin, which can be perscribed through your local gp. I had a cyst on my head about the size of a fifty cent piece and just by putting the cream on 3 times a day, it reduced and destroyed the cyst all together.   Anything has to be better then having to endure any sort of surgery especially when there are no guarantees it wont grow back.   hope this helps all the best.
