odor from face

Im 17 and about three to four months ago I started to notice a fecal or cheese odor from my face.Occasionaly it will smell like dog food as well (The only way I can think of describing it). In conjunction with the odor I experience a tingling or burning sensation on certain parts of my face. I have seen the doctor for examination and he says i'm normal but knows nothing about the facial buring and odor.
