painful patches on litle feet

my daughter has had pain (not acute but uncomfortable to walk) in both feet for the last 2 days- the soles of her feet are looking discoloured ie there are little patches of redder skin under which is the pain. It hurts her to walk
She had a similar thing a few years ago aged 4 and the hospital were unable to diagnose what the cause was, and it healed by itself
am taking her back to the treatment centre for another check thought it might be worth seeing whats online and this is how I found this site
