pleural-thickening posterolaterally left chest

by yoli554, Jan 21, 2009 02:11PM
I had a ct scan of the chest, because they saw a dark mass in an x-ray.  Findings in the CT Scan was probable benign pleural-thickening posterolaterally in the left chest with epicardial fat pad.  What does this mean and how do I clear it up?
Thank you.,
YOLI
