positive drug test

by morsecode, Aug 21, 2008 03:27PM
My girlfriend is in drug court in MO. last week she had a positive drug screen for marijuana. Both of us know she has not done marijuana for months. The day before her drug test we watched a movie with friends that were smoking a marijuana cigar laced with hashish. Her probation officer says that you can't get a positive from second hand smoke. My question is whether or not the smoke from the lit end of the cigar that has not been inhaled by another person would have enough thc in it to give her a positive result.

he probation officer is wrong, but realistically, the level of smoke in the room has to be high. I think this is a "missing piece" story. That being said, marijuana is relatively harmless and should not be a substance in which the state should be involved in regulating. No, I am not a ""pot-head". I don't smoke anything at all.
