if i feel a pulse in my stomach could it be im expecting a baby....see my husband and i have been trying to concieve a baby, but we have not succeeded yet..last month i got my period early and i havent gotten it this month but i havent missed it either i thought i would get it like the same day as last month but i havent...then my mom was rubbing my stomach and said she felt something..idk what it is...i dont wanna go to the doctor yet till i kinda have a clue....if you would help me that would be a great appreciated..

most likely it was just your abdomenal (abdominal) aorta. You can feel your own pusle in your abdomen. If you were pregnent you wouldn't be able to feel the baby kick or their pulse for alot longer period of time. The baby doesnt have there own vascular system for a while.
