I have noticed lately that whedr aboutn I bend over to touch my toes, during yoga, or sit still for awhile, like at a baseball game, both of my feet turn purple.  Occassionally they also get numb and tingly.  I am 38 and in very good health.  Is this something I should see a ?

Do you smoke? I have been told that this is caused from smoking, as I have had this same problem for 5 years! I'm not thoroughly convinced that it is from the smoking, but if I could quit for a month or so, I could at least rule it out!

Ok, well I have been asked to put my feet in ice water, and see if they change back to normal color... not sure why or what that will mean, but will try anything at this point!
I'll let you know...
