right chest pain

I am a 23 year old female. I have high blood pressure and am taking maxzide. Last night I was having chest pains on my left side and me left arm felt slightly numb. It went away but I woke up this morning with tightness and dull pain making it even tighter when I breath in on my left side. What is going on?
