it is getting worst. i marked around the redness and it is getting bigger I have a fever of 100 and am very swollen and sore

You may need an anti biotic it would be better for you to see a doctor, put a band aid with anti biotic cream on the finger, till you can get to have it checked,as you have a fever it is time to GO....
