seem to be something above the tongue

hello..I have a question related to tongue...I feel something at the end of my tongue from 3 days and today when i try to see I find something which looks like a very small tongue .I dont know what it is, but it seems like a very small tongue above the tongue at the end of the tongue.The feeling is irritating type, i mean always my mind goes to feel this.Well , when i drink or eat something it goes little down and i m unable to see.Today i m feeling it very much.so i am very worried about this.
The when I kept looking at this it worried me . I have nothing anywhere else? I am scared & think maybe its something bad .
So please help me out. I am waiting for your reply

:-| Yikes I get so scared reading about things online..I am having an issue where I have been having dry mouth/ bad breath/ a white film on my tongue that when i drink something it turns the color of what i drank...i keep reading stuff online that refers to a white tongue is HIV related...I do have pre diabetes...and I have been diagnosed with HPV and i was wondering if any one of these have anything to do with it??
