soft tissue mass in ampulla

Was told I have a soft tissue mass in my ampulla upon ct scan done 7/2007? Could you elaborate what this may mean? Can't seem to get any answers from Dr. Keep referring me to another Dr. Which I never got. Now, however I am scheduled for a abdominal ultra sound. Recently had gallbladder removed 7/2008, Last yr, also had ercp to remove a couple of stones. I was also given Pangestyne CN-20 because was told I have stentorheea (?) and had a hard time digesting fats. Main concern is this soft tissue mass in ampulla. Does this mean cancer? I am 47 yr female.
