Hi Jenny,
Sorry it has taken me so long to address your question.  It is sometime possible to have facial spider veins treated with sclerotherapy (injection of a substance that makes the vein collapse on itself), but the more common, and generally better option for spider veins on the face is laser removal.  Make sure you find a board certified doctor (usually a plastic surgeon or dermatologist) with plenty of experience in this area.
