There may not be a connection, you are obviously aware now that was too many pills to take, it sounds like the best course of action is to find out why you are having all these aches and pains, a lot of ailments come to mind, have you been checked out at the Doctors office, have the pains come on recently , what happened prior to the Issues.
You know there are many other ailments can cause aches and pains, once you get cleared of the HIV threat you will be able to ask the Doctor to do some blood work and check any other avenues. You are worried and concerned , thats understandable, you will know soon, it could also be that anxiety is also having an effect I have always believed that you can get Physically ill when you are anxious . I think at presant if you think postively, do not allow your thoughts to race ahead focus on the positive ,be a busy person, switch off from over thinking.you'll be okay. Let us know how it goes.
