swelling

Yesterday the top of my head was very sore.  There is a little swelling  and it is very painful to touch. Anyone have a idea?

if it satys there get it checked but I have heard of this maybe you slept with the Hair Follicle the wrong way, kind of the opposite of the way it grows, or scratched the scalp somehow,sore patches are common no one seems to have an answer, you could put the question on the Doc Forum and see what they say. If I am correct it will go soon/
