tightness in chest

I get tightness in my chest when i take for about 15 min or more , Dr said i have Costochondritis, but i have taken medication for it and nothing seems to work, I've been having this condition for just about a year now. does anyone
have any answers for this condition

I have had "chest" wall inflammation for 5 years now off and on. I don't believe the diagnosis. I have been on so many medicines, but i have never had any relief. To me it feels so much worse than chest wall inflammation or costochondritis. I am so frustrated that I feel my doctor just wants to pass me off.
