Unfortunately, cysts do keep growing. Especially if you have irregular/absent periods and/or PCOS. Do you have a regularRegular insulin period? Most of the time, cysts just disappear on their own, but since you get pains and you have had cysts in the past, you should keep an eye on them and get checked regularly. It's a pain, but at least you'll catch them earlier than later and have laparascopy instead of a laparatomy. Good luck. I hope you don't get anymore cysts.
